In its decision of May 12, 1998, the Regional Court of Hamburg ruled that the inclusion of links on a website may lead to co-responsibility for the content of the linked pages (Case No. 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for Links"). According to the court, this can only be prevented by expressly distancing oneself from these contents.
We would therefore like to expressly point out that we dissociate ourselves from the contents of the pages linked on this and all other pages of our Internet presence.
We expressly point out that we do not have any influence on the contents of the foreign homepages. Should the external pages contain violations of morals or laws, we will delete the links to these pages from our Internet presence immediately after becoming aware of these violations.
